多层光子晶体滤波器研究

从双层结构出发研究了一种由多块不同的单周期光子晶体组合而成的多层结构的滤波器，论述了这种滤波器的工作原理，研究表明这种结构适于制作带通、窄带通过、带阻、宽带带阻、高通以及其它各种性能的滤波器。实验和理论研究的结果相一致。     

Study of nitrogen ion implantation and diffusion phenomena on thin chromium layers followed by the atomic force microscopy and secondary ion mass spectroscopy techniques characterization

This research investigates the effect of ion implantation dosage level and further thermal treatment on the physical characteristics of chromium coatings on Si(1 1 1) substrates. Chromium films had been exposed to nitrogen ion fluencies of 1 × 10¹⁷, 3 × 10¹⁷, 6 × 10¹⁷ and 10 × 10¹⁷ N⁺ cm⁻² with a 15 keV energy level. Obtained samples had been heat treated at 450 °C at a pressure of 2 × 10⁻² Torr in an argon atmosphere for 30 h. Atomic force microscopy (AFM) images showed significant increase in surface roughness as a result of nitrogen ion fluence increase. Secondary ion mass spectroscopy (SIMS) studies revealed a clear increased accumulation of Cr₂N phase near the surface as a result of higher N⁺ fluence. XRD patterns showed preferred growth of [0 0 2] and [1 1 1] planes of Cr₂N phase as a result of higher ion implantation fluence. These results had been explained based on the nucleation-growth of Cr₂N phase and nitrogen atoms diffusion history during the thermal treatment process.     

靶场光测多站图像多目标判读技术

靶场光测图像处理的一个突出难题是如何分辨图像上出现的大量小目标。利用单站序列图像上目标的运动关联、目标在多站图像上像点之间的对极几何约束关系,提出了靶场多站图像多目标判读的新技术,采用单站序列图像目标卡尔曼运动轨迹预测及跟踪识别技术,以及多站图像对极几何约束同名目标匹配技术,突破了传统方法仅进行单站图像判读的局限。仿真结果证明其能有效解决多站、多目标的判读问题,已成功应用于我们研制的多套靶场图像判读系统中。     

基于支持向量机的肤色滤波器

为了探测图像中的肤色像素，提出了一种新的方法-支持向量机（SVM：Support Vector Machine）方法.它是一种基于肤色的非特定人的面部定位方法，是非接触人机交互技术和机器视觉中的一个重要内容.实验结果表明，采用支持向量机方法较传统人工神经网络方法不仅有更高的探测准确性，而且具有更好的推广性能.由于SVM采用结构风险最小化（SRM：Structural Risk Minimization）准则，在最小化训练误差（经验风险）的同时，尽量缩小模型预测误差的上界，从而使模型有更好的泛化能力.     

Eigenvalues of Two Parameter Polynomial Operator Pencils of Waveguide Type

The spectral structure of two parameter unbounded operator pencils of waveguide type is studied. Theorems on discreteness of the spectrum for a fixed parameter are proved. Variational principles for real eigenvalues in some parts of the root zones are established. In the case of n = 1 (quadratic pencils) domains containing the spectrum are described (see Fig. 1–3). Conditions in the definition of the pencils of waveguide type arise naturally from physical problems and each of them has a physical meaning. In particular a connection between the energetic stability condition and a perturbation problem for the coefficients is given.     

The dual of a finitely generated multiplication module

This paper is based on the M. Sc. thesis written by the third author under the supervision of the first two authors. It was submitted to the University of Baghdad in 1986.     

A remark on Serrin’s Theorem

An approximation theorem for families of weakly coercive convex functions by means of countably many smooth families of convex functions is proved. As a consequence, the classical “three-fold” lower semicontinuity theorem for integral functionals of the Calculus of Variations by James Serrin is unified in one single statement.     

X光底片在位相对标定

本文描述了X光底片在位相对标定技术。其原理是使X射线谱经阶梯形吸收滤片透射后,对X光底片曝光,测量底片的曝光量。文中给出了标定方法和数据处理方法,而且也给出了在X光激光实验中得到的Kodak AA5底片的特性曲线。     

Algebraic models defined over Q of differential manifolds

Here we prove that every compact differential manifold has a smooth algebraic model defined over Q. In dimension 2 we find an algebraic model (may be singular) defined over Q and birational over Q to the projective plane.     

Caratheodory interpolation kernels

Kernels over the unit disk for which a version of Carathéodory interpolation is true are characterized in a simple computationally verifiable manner.
